These terms apply when you use INDIGIPACK ("we", "us") through our online store or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

INDIGIPACK is a small Indigenous-owned business based in Ontario, Canada. Contact: indigipack@gmail.com.

2. Products

We sell print-on-demand gift packaging, including sticker seals, sticker rolls, thank-you cards and gift wrap. Items are made to order. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed product, and small variations in printing and placement are normal.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, because of a pricing error or suspected fraud). If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We don't store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. They are part of these terms.

6. Designs and content

All designs, text and images on this site belong to INDIGIPACK or are used with permission. You may use the products you buy as intended (for example, on your own business packaging). You may not copy, resell or reproduce our designs without written permission.

7. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process and ship your order. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
