Shipping policy

Made to order

Every item is printed when you order it. Please allow:

- Production: 2-7 business days

- Shipping: carrier transit time, which depends on your location and the shipping method you choose

You'll get an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Multiple packages

Our products are made by Printify print partners, and different items may be printed at different facilities. A single order may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and you won't be charged extra.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Duties and taxes

Some items may ship from outside Canada, and orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties or fees. Any duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country's customs office are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, please:

1. Check with neighbours and your local post office or carrier.

2. Contact us at indigipack@gmail.com with your order number.

We'll work with our print partner and the carrier to locate it. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. We can't be responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
